General
Is PoAuto free to use?
Yes! Adding listings and browsing offers is completely free. We may introduce optional premium features in the future.
Do I need to register to browse listings?
No, browsing listings is available without registration. You only need an account to add listings, send messages, and save favorites.
How long will my listing be visible?
By default, a listing is visible for 30 days from publication. After this time, you can renew or delete it.
Can I edit a listing after publication?
Yes, you can edit your listing at any time - change price, description, add or remove photos.
How can I contact support?
Write to us at [email protected]. We respond within 48 business hours.
Listings
How many listings can I add?
There's no limit. You can add as many listings as you want, as long as they concern actual vehicles you want to sell.
What photos should I add?
Add 3 to 10 photos of the vehicle from different sides. Photos should be good quality, taken in good light. Show interior, engine, and any damage.
Can I promote my listing?
We currently don't offer paid listing promotions. We plan to introduce this feature in the future.
What to do when I sell the vehicle?
After selling, delete the listing or change its status to 'archived' in the listing management panel.
Security
Is my phone number safe?
Yes! Your phone number is hidden by default. Only interested buyers can see it after clicking 'Show number'. You'll receive a notification for each revelation.
How can I report a suspicious listing?
Use the 'Report Problem' button on the listing page or write to us at [email protected]. We review every report within 24 hours.
Is my data protected?
Yes, we use SSL encryption, secure password storage, and comply with GDPR. Your data is not shared with third parties.
Account
How can I change my password?
Go to account settings (profile icon → Edit profile) and use the 'Change password' option.
How do I delete my account?
Write to us at [email protected] requesting account deletion. We'll delete your account and all data within 7 days.
I forgot my password - what to do?
Click 'Forgot password?' on the login page. You'll receive an email with a password reset link.
